After adjustment, the electricity price of the general industrial and commercial sectors and other categories in the voltage and voltage catalogue is 0.4087 yuan to 0.4157 yuan / kWh.

The circular stipulates that the tariff of hydropower and value-added tax will be reduced to 13%, and the corresponding electricity price of 50 thousand kilowatts and above shall be adjusted accordingly. The electricity price (including tax) of the hydropower benchmark is adjusted to 0.227 yuan / kWh, and the three prefectures in the southern Xinjiang (including Wushi County, kpin county and Awati county) are adjusted to 0.251 yuan / kWh. At the same time, the hydropower development tariff of 50 thousand kilowatts and above approved by the autonomous region development and Reform Commission was adjusted accordingly.
